To book a birthday party at either Impact LaGrange or Countryside, please select the desired location time slot shown on available dates.
If you are new to Impact, simply click on the time/date and complete the registration form.
If you are currently enrolled at Impact, register via your parent portal account:
--log in
--go to the “Event Registration” tab
--click on “Event Calendar” and this calendar will appear
--choose your desired time slot and complete the simplified registration form.
In order to participate, each party guest must have a completed, signed waiver. The waiver can be completed online, or printed and turned in at the party.

*The time slots shown for birthday parties can be changed upon request (example; start party at 3:00pm instead of 2:00pm). Choose the time closest to your preferred start time and make note of the request in the comment box on registration form. If your request does not conflict with a previously booked party, we are happy to accommodate!
